Sophomore Rocco DiJohn (Scotia/Scotia-Glenville High School) and freshman Ryne Luce (Cohoes/Cohoes High School) poured in six three-point baskets apiece to lead the Hudson Valley Community College (16-7/10-7) men's basketball team to an 80-61 win over Clinton Community College (13-11/11-10) on Tuesday.
Hudson Valley hit 12-of-21 from the three-point line and 23-of-45 from the floor in the game. DiJohn finished with 21 points and three assists. Luce had 20 points, four rebounds and three steals. Kevin Goutos (Altamont/Guilderland High School) chipped in with 12 points and five blocked shots.
With the win, Hudson Valley clinched its 17th consecutive winning season.
