Sophomore center Kevin Goutos (Altamont/Guilderland High School) finished with 23 points, six rebounds and three blocks to lead the Hudson Valley Community College (15-6/9-6 Region III) men's basketball team to an 81-65 win at Adirondack Community College (9-11/6-11) on Tuesday.
Three Hudson Valley players reached the 20-point plateau. Freshman Justin Gallo (Brunswick/Lansingburgh High School) hit four three-point baskets en route to 22 points. Sophomore Maurice Lane (Bakersfield, CA/West High School) had 20 points and five boards.
Hudson Valley, which leads all NJCAA Division III schools with 193 three-point baskets, hit 10-of-16 shots from behind the line.
