Kniffin enters his first season as the pitching coach under third year head coach Josh Parrow. 

Kniffin has become one of the more respected baseball coaches in the Hudson Valley region. He has managed the HRCBL Bears for the last two years in the Hudson River Collegiate Baseball League, where he has set and managed clear and effective recruitment policies to locate and secure strong players. He coached players on specific position requirements such as pitching and catching. 

Kniffin also spent time as an assistant coach for the All Stars Academy. He focused on specific 

positions, such as pitching and catching and assisted the athletes with planned exercise regiments, targeting individual needs and enhancing personal results. 

Trevor has coached and mentored student-athletes who were committed to big college programs such as Louisiana State University (LSU), University of Pittsburgh, Stony Brook University, University of Dayton, Villanova University and West Virginia University, University of Pennsylvania, Fairfield University and the University of Rhode Island. 

Kniffin graduated from Hudson Valley Community College with an associate’s degree in Physical Education and Coaching. He is currently attending The Sage Colleges for a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education.
