Women's Tennis Drops Season Opener to Mohawk Valley
The Hudson Valley Community College women's tennis team dropped its season opener as they were defeated 8-1 by Mohawk Valley on Tuesday afternoon in Utica, NY.
In the program's first match since October 2019, the Vikings earned its lone point from the No. 1 doubles match. Emma Nuzzi and Isabella Guyer earned the 8-4 match win over Mohawk Valley's top doubles team of Selma Dizdarevic and Callie Ott.
The women's tennis program is back in action on Saturday, September 25 when they travel to play SUNY Broome at 1 p.m. in Binghamton, NY.
