The Hudson Valley Community College women's bowling team captured its fourth straight tournament with a first place finish at the Mohawk Valley Invitational on Friday. Meanwhile, the men finished second out of five schools at the tournament.
Freshman Kristina Jenkins (East Greenbush/Columbia High School) led all female bowlers with a 645 triple. Freshman Madison Spickler (Watervliet/Watervliet High School) was second with a 599 triple.
The Hudson Valley men were paced by freshman Nick Harris' (Latham/Shaker High School) 680 triple. Freshman Steve Caverly (West Sand Lake/Averill Park High School) was second with a 673 triple.
