Hudson Valley Community College men's soccer (5-4) went on the road and defeated Erie 3-2 in overtime on Saturday afternoon.
The Vikings were led by freshman Ryan Willis (Petersburgh/Berlin) as he scored two goals in today's win. Hudson Valley also benefitted from an Erie own goal to give them the 3-2 win. Dan Dicocco (Schalmont/Schalmont) and Ethan Samarija (Castleton/Maple Hill) both recorded assists on Willis' goals.
Nate Langlois (Colonie/Colonie) protected the Vikings goal for the entire game and earned the win with five saves.
The men's soccer team is back in action tomorrow, Sunday, September 30 as they play at Niagara at 2 p.m.
