The Hudson Valley Community College golf program participated in the 2019 Hawk Invitational, hosted by Mohawk Valley on Friday, April 19. The Vikings finished sixth with a final score of 367.
Cole Stannard (Coxsackie/Coxsackie-Athens) earned a top-10 finish to lead Hudson Valley with an overall round score of 84 as the Vikings had all five members of the team come in under 100.
Anthony Bisognano (Colonie/Colonie) posted a 91, while Nick Schrowang (Catskill/Catskill) finished with a round score of 95.
Nathan Fankhanel (Clifton Park/Shenendehowa) and Max Conti (Galway/Galway) rounds out the Vikings team as Fankhanel posted a 97 and Conti finished with a 99.
The golf program is back in action tomorrow, Saturday, April 20 as they participate in the Herkimer Invitational.
