Edward Pierce has compiled more than 35 years of interscholastic experience and intercollegiate coaching experience. He has accumulated a record of 243-72 with stints at Albany High School, Ichabod Crane and LaSalle. 

On the intercollegiate level (1996-2003), Coach Pierce assisted Coach Long at Sage College of Albany and compiled a record of 103-64. Pierce also spent four years as head coach of the AAU Tri-City Knicks. Every member of that team went on to play college ball, with three competing at the NCAA Division 1 level. 

A great deal of Pierce’s success can be attributed to his firm belief in discipline, defense and execution. For 12 years, he ran an offensive improvement camp for middle and high school boys and girls, and was a Section 2 high school basketball official from 2007-2014.
