The Hudson Valley men's basketball team was defeated by Mohawk Valley on Wednesday night 89-81.
The Vikings kept the game close throughout each half. James Blake led the scoring for the Vikings with 19 points. Keyaton Parks was close behind with 18 points and had 17 rebounds for the Vikings as well. Hobbs Herlihy added 15 to the score sheet as well as 3 steals and 3 assists.
The Hawks Jamir Smith came off the bench and scored 24 points against the Vikings and Alex Barnhill had 20 for the Hawks as well.
The Vikings look ahead to their next game as they face Cayuga at home on Saturday, December 7th at 3pm following the women's game at 1pm.
