The Hudson Valley men's basketball team earned their way back on the winning path after defeating SUNY Broome 104-78 on Sunday afternoon in Binghamton, NY. 

The Vikings offense shared the ball all night as six individuals scored at least 10 points. Hudson Valley was led for the second straight game by freshman Brandon McKenly, who scored a team-high 21 points. McKenly did most of his offensive work inside the paint, as he recorded 10 field goals. 

Luke Bourgault and Jordan Lewis each scored 16 points for the Vikings. Bourgault recorded a majority of his points in the second half, as he hit 13 of his 16 points after the halftime break. Lewis had a balanced game, as he scored eight points in each half to account for his 16 points. 

Iziah Pigott continued to attack the rim on Sunday afternoon and finished with 14 points. He recorded all of his points while attacking the rim with seven field goals. Rounding out the Vikings double-digit scorers are Daivel Jackson, who finished with 12 points and Zach Price, who posted 10 points. 

The Vikings return to the court on Wednesday, Jan. 31 when they travel to take on Adirondack in Queensbury, NY. The Vikings defeated the Timberwolves 113-70 on Nov. 13 in the first match of the season at the McDonough Sports Complex on the campus of Hudson Valley Community College.
