The Hudson Valley men's basketball team rebounded following their loss to Finger Lakes by defeating Corning 89-55 on Sunday afternoon at the Alumni Recreation Center on the campus of Siena College. 

The Vikings entered halftime with a 15-point lead after scoring 39 points and holding Corning to just 24 points. Leading the charge for Hudson Valley in the opening half was Brandon McKenly, who finished the half with 11 points, five rebounds, three steals and one block. McKenly finished the game with 19 points, six rebounds, three steals and two blocks. 

Coming out of the break strong, the Vikings extended their lead to 23 points as a result of a 13-5 run in the first four minutes of the half. They went on to score 50 in the second half secured their seventh win of the season.

Iziah Pigott also scored in double-digits as he finished the game with 13 points, five rebounds and four assists. 

Hudson Valley men's basketball is back in action following the Thanksgiving break and will travel to play at Tompkins Cortland on Monday, December 2 at 7 p.m.
