The Hudson Valley Community College football (1-6) was defeated 16-11 on the road as Valley Forge Military College scored a game-winning touchdown with seconds remaining in the game.
The game was a defensive showdown as the Vikings pinned Valley Forge deep in their zone several times during the game. The Vikings defense recorded an incredible four safeties on Valley Forge and helped Hudson Valley hold on to a 11-10 lead late into the game.
Valley Forge broke through with seconds remaining with the final touchdown to secure the win.
Football is back in action this Saturday, October 20 when they travel to play Stevens Tech at McCaskey High School. The game is scheduled for a 1 p.m. start.
