Fortnite (1v1):
Roster: Aren Culligan
In order to receive points for the match, players must first finish in the top 10. Aren Culligan is the lone member of the Vikings esports program competing in the Fortnite tournament this semester. The tournament kicked off last week and will continue every Monday, featuring back-to-back matches beginning at 7:05 p.m. 
 
Rocket League (3v3 - Best-of-7)
Roster: Jake Cavert, Alex Chlud, Giovanni DellaPorta, Daniel Fortune
The Rocket League team is currently ranked 19th in the NJCAAe tournament after they defeated their Bryant & Stratton (WI) in straight sets 4-0. The Vikings team scored 29 goals and gave up only one during the four-game set. Upcoming Match: The Vikings Rocket League team takes on Garden City Community College (GC RL Gold) on Tuesday at 7 p.m. 
 
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate (Solo – Best-of-7): 
Roster: Mitchel Clow (Team 1), Nicholas Ely (Team 2), Noah Snyder (Team 3)
 
Mitchel Clow (Team 1) lead the Vikings Super Smash teams with a 4-0 sweep of his opponent from Kishwaukee College. Clow remains undefeated at 3-0, which includes his two preseason matches. He is currently ranked second among all NJCAAe Super Smash contenders this semester. Upcoming Match: Mitchel is scheduled to take on Cameron D. from the Jackson College Jets this week. 
 
Nicholas Ely (Team 2) is ranked 24th overall as we enter the second week of the 8-week tournament. Nicholas earned the win by forfeit over Navarro College last week. Upcoming Match: Nicholas is scheduled to take on the Matador Esports from Arizona Western this week. 
 
Noah Snyder (Team 3) is currently ranked 107th in the main season of the Super Smash Bros. tournament. Noah fought hard but fell in straight matches 4-0 to the Saint Clair Skippers. Upcoming Match: Noah is scheduled to compete against Alexandria Technical & Community College this week. 
 
Rainbow Six Siege (5v5): 
Roster: Abdul Rafeh, Karter Bailey, Kyle Coonrad, Amanda Estrella, Jalil Garibaldi, Aden Mugrace, Shane O'Hare
 
The Rainbow Six team did not hold a match as they were rewarded the win by forfeit. Upcoming Match: They will have to wait another week as their opponents this week do not have enough competitors, which will award the Vikings with another win by forfeit. 
 
Valorant (5v5): 
Roster: Angelo Hermo, Riley Drew-Cross, Matthew Kazanjian, Ryan Maser, Michael Yelle, Elena Williams, Sierra Yetto
 
The Vikings Valorant team earned the win by forfeit over Vicennes University last week. Upcoming Match: The Valorant team is scheduled to play Kishwaukee College this Friday, Oct. 16.
