Raymond Bigrow was named Hudson Valley’s Athlete of the Year in 1975 after excelling in cross country and track and field. He established a new school record in the mile (4:12.75) and the three-mile (14:27). He captained the 1975 track and field team to an undefeated Region III championship, earning NJCAA All-American honors. Bigrow led the cross country team to the 1975 Region III title by winning the Region III individual championship.
