Record Number of Vikings Earn NJCAA Academic All-American Honors

For the third year in a row, a record number of Hudson Valley Community College student-athletes, representing 15 different programs earned academic awards at the national and regional level. Hudson Valley Community College had a record 33 student-athletes earn NJCAA Academic All-American honors and 41 student-athletes were awarded Region 3 All-Academic awards. 

Hudson Valley placed nine individuals on the NJCAA All-Academic First Team, which required an overall grade point average of 4.0. The Vikings baseball team had six student-athletes earn Academic All-American status, the most for any Hudson Valley program.
